(Al-An'aam) 6 : 111

And indeed, if We were sending Angels down into them, the dead speak to them and We assemble everything in front of them, they still would not believe except Lord Allah so wishes, but most of them are ignorant.

The Three-Time-Knower Lord Allah consoles Messenger and the believers that even though Angels are sent down to them as explained in verses 6: 8-10, and if the dead ones come and speak to them as explained in verse 2: 170, and if the Lord gathers everything in front of them according to their demand, the true disbelievers wouldn't believe except with the Permission of the Lord. It is told in verse 10: 100 that without the Permission of Lord Adhikr, nobody becomes a believer. Even by the appearance of Ten Crucial Signs of Doomsday as explained in verse 6: 158, the Arabic Quran reading Fujjar who hide and reject Adhikr will never believe. It is told in verse 13: 31: "Indeed, if this Reading by which the mountains are moved or the earth would be split apart or the dead would be made to speak, indeed they wouldn't believe; but all Commands belong to Lord, then are those who believed despair that if Lord had wished, He would have guided mankind altogether? And those who disbelieved don't desist to be affected with what they have produced, by calamity or it will descend near their home until there comes the Promise of Lord; indeed Lord doesn't breach in His Promises". It is told in verses 15: 14-15: "And if Lord opens to them a gate of heaven and they continued therein to ascend, the disbelievers would say that their eyes have been dazzled; nay, they are a people affected with sorcery". It is told in verses 10: 96-97: "Indeed, those upon whom the Word of your Lord happened, they will not believe. Even if every Sign comes to them until they see the painful punishment".

As Lord's Book was not codified during Messenger's time, the Meccan pagans are denoted as the ignorant. Today as Adhikr is codified as the Best Interpretation of the Lord's Book, the Arabic Quran reading Fujjar couldn't be denoted as the ignorant. They are denoted as the true disbelievers as explained in verses 4: 150-151. They are the transgressors who command evil and forbid good, and upon them, Hell is promised as an abode as explained in verses 9: 67-68. Fujjar who are deaf, dumb, and blind towards Adhikr will never return to Paradise as explained in verses 2: 18 and 3: 91. They will only accept that not Arabic Quran, but Adhikr/Dhikree was the Lord's Book while they are being slain by the other people belonging to Messenger's community after the second coming of Jesus as told in verses 38: 8. See explanation 2: 256-257; 4: 118, and 6: 89-90.
